Behandling av personuppgifter
När du skickar in detta formulär lämnar du personuppgifter som namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer, CV, utbildningsinformation och angivna kompetenser. Dessa uppgifter behandlas av THS Consulting, en del av Tekniska högskolans studentkår (THS), i syfte att:

• administrera din ansökan till studentkonsult-poolen

• genomföra urval och matchning

• kontakta dig om eventuella uppdrag, intervjuer eller information kopplat till poolen

Rättslig grund:
Berättigat intresse enligt GDPR artikel 6(1)(f), då behandlingen är nödvändig för att hantera ansökningar och kunna matcha kandidater med uppdrag.

Lagringstid:
Uppgifterna sparas endast så länge som krävs för rekryterings- och matchningsprocessen, men maximalt 12 månaderefter inskickad ansökan. Därefter raderas dina uppgifter om inte du uttryckligen samtycker till fortsatt lagring.

Dina rättigheter:
Du har rätt att begära

• tillgång till dina uppgifter

• rättelse av felaktiga uppgifter

• radering av dina uppgifter

• begränsning av behandling
  samt att invända mot behandlingen.

Processing of Personal Data

When you submit this form, you provide personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, CV, educational information, and stated competencies. This information is processed by THS Consulting, a part of the Student Union at KTH (THS), for the purpose of:

• administering your application to the student consultant pool

• conducting selection and matching

• contacting you regarding potential assignments, interviews, or information related to the pool

Legal basis:
Legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), as the processing is necessary to handle applications and match candidates with assignments.

Data retention:
Your data is stored only for the duration of the recruitment and matching process, but for no longer than 12 monthsafter your application is submitted. After this period, your data is deleted unless you explicitly consent to extended storage.

Your rights:
You have the right to request:

• access to your personal data

• correction of inaccurate data

• deletion of your data

• restriction of processing
  as well as the right to object to the processing.
